Refund Policy

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality services, courses, and resources designed to support your healing and transformation. Due to the digital and energetic nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any services, courses, workshops, or digital products once purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Delivery Policy

Upon investing in any service or course, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with the next steps for accessing your purchase. For digital products and online courses, access is granted as stated for the course. For live services or sessions, you will receive scheduling details via email.

Cancellation Policy

There are no contracts with Liberating Light Healing. All services are either a one-time payment (such as courses, workshops, or 1:1 sessions) or a monthly automatically recurring payment (such as memberships).

If you choose a payment plan for any product (for example, a 4-month payment plan instead of paying in full), payments are automatically processed each month and cannot be canceled until the plan is complete. If a payment fails or is stopped, access to the course or product will be suspended until the plan is fulfilled.

For monthly membership subscriptions (not payment plans), you may cancel at any time. Access to membership content will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle.

Final Payments

All payments made for any offering, whether virtual or in-person, are final and non-refundable. Thank you for honoring this policy and understanding the energetic exchange of our work.
